Pink Innovation has developed a new self-propelled head machine and given it a new design
The most important thing about a head machine is the head result. The new Pink pinion has a completely new construction, which creates a free passage to the rear for the flower stems that have just been cut.
The flowers can be discharged by means of a large auger or conveyor belts. The advantages of conveyor belts are a higher capacity, and the flowers can no longer bounce back on the auger. This conveyor belt system was developed in collaboration with Hegro Agri Service from Stad aan 't Haringvliet.
We have also made a lot of improvements to the ergonomics. The position of the chair is very important to us in connection with the view of your cup result. We have therefore positioned them in such a way that you have the best view. Due to the construction and the materials used, we have been able to keep the own weight very low. Approximately 35% less than competitive head machines.
